If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at Customer Support within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship merchandise back to us without a return authorization. When the item is returned, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping charges will be refunded for defective or incorrectly shipped items. (Sorry, expedited shipping charges are non-refundable)

Damaged Shipments Policy

Please inspect your items and contact us within 5 days if your items are damaged. We package all our items very carefully. Even so, items may on occasion be damaged in transit. We will resolve the problem as quickly as we can.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping:

• Have your carrier note any damage or excessive wear to the package
• Contact us by email or by phone within 3 business day so we can file a claim with the carrier
• Email a picture of the damaged item and packaging to claims@homestylehut.com
• Keep the item and all packing material to assist us with the claim

Shipping

We use UPS to ship our packages. Ground Shipping takes between 3 and 6 days depending on your location.

We currently are shipping within the U.S and Candada. For orders with addresses outside of these areas, please contact us for shipping costs and delivery schedules.

Backorders

Our shopping cart will display whether an item is in stock. We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. You will only be charged the one shipping charge for multiple shipments due to items on backorder.

Please note, while we keep our inventory status as up-to-date as possible, an item may become out of stock when simulaneous orders are placed.
